Full-Time Marketing Manager II

We're seeking a Marketing Manager to orchestrate the seamless execution of diverse marketing projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

This role involves leading internal and external day-to-day operations and delivering low-to-medium complexity tactical projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Manager meticulously plans, implements, and delivers projects on time and within budget, adhering to high quality and process standards.

The ideal candidate will possess project management expertise and marketing acumen, driving initiative completion and fostering client and partner agency relationships.

Key responsibilities include co-owning projects with senior staff, contributing to project plans, and delivering submissions for regulatory review.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record and experience at an agency
• Experience in a regulated environment (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong attention to detail
• Client service mindset and excellent communication skills
• Understanding of foundational project management skills
• Familiarity with project management systems (Workfront, Smartsheet, MS Project)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable field
• 2-5 years of experience in Account and/or Project Management
• Proactive, solution-driven approach and strong organizational skills
• Client liaison experience
• High performance in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of scope and change management
• Experience building timelines and project estimates
• Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Trustworthy relationship building skills
• Proven organizational and time management skills
