We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to coordinate and streamline key marketing initiatives across internal teams and external partners. This role ensures smooth execution of projects, events, and campaigns, acting as the central point of communication between our marketing team, external agencies, and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Project Coordination & Execution
- Raising brand awareness
- Creating guidelines
- Event Management Support
- Cross Team & Department Alignment
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Ensure all campaigns align with events and timelines, taking ownership of master calendar
- Dealing with multiple external clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
- Proven work experience in project coordination or marketing operations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
