Full-Time Master Scheduler/P6 Expert

Position Summary & Objective

Responsible for overseeing the development and management of integrated master schedules (IMS) for multiple projects. Ensures the successful execution of projects by developing and managing tools, processes, and teams.

Essential Functions:

• Accountable for leading and mentoring a team of master schedulers.
• Designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive IMS.
• Developing and maintaining robust master schedules that align with engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Analyzing schedule performance and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborating with various teams to maintain project schedules and achieve OTD.
• Overseeing the development and updates of IMS using Primavera P6.
• Providing executive-level reporting and analysis on project schedule performance.
• Identifying risks/issues/opportunities and providing potential solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong technical, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of EVM, forecasting, and project lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Oracle P6 software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of critical path method of scheduling.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in production/manufacturing planning and scheduling.
• 5+ years’ experience leading and managing teams.
• Proficiency in Epicor ERP systems and MS Office.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
