Full-Time Medical and Scientific Reviewer

The Position: At EVERSANA, we provide comprehensive global medical information services to life sciences companies. This role is part of our medical content development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform scientific fact-checking and review of promotional and non-promotional materials.
2. Ensure data is accurate, contextually correct, editorially accurate, and presented fairly and scientifically balanced.
3. Ensure information aligns with client medical strategy.
4. Review materials, proofread, and check medical content/claims against references.
5. Collaborate with internal/client reviewers for alignment and efficient turnaround.
6. Collaborate to resolve issues and identify improvements to reduce errors.
7. Use document management technology (e.g., Veeva PromoMats).
8. Support content creation for Medical Affairs, including SRDs, FAQs, and more.
9. Support client document development process.
10. Support SOP, checklist, template, and guidance document creation.
11. Collaborate with medical and scientific reviewers, writers, and creative teams.
12. Deliver Client Delight and comply with industry standards.
13. Proactively manage quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
14. Minimum Requirements: PharmD (or M. Pharm. or M.S. Pharm), Ph.D., BDS, MDS, or MBBS with relevant experience in scientific writing and/or reviewing.
15. Minimum 2 years' experience in document QC and/or scientific writing within the life science industry.
16. Experience with literature searches and tools like RightFind, PubMed, Ovid, Embase.
17. Strong medical acumen and ability to learn new therapeutic areas.
18. Understanding of medical terminology, clinical trials, and drug development.
19. Detailed-oriented, strong time management, and exceptional communication skills.
20. Experience with content development tools and review platforms.
21. Proficient editing skills in Microsoft Office, Acrobat.
22. Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical information.
23. Project management skills, results-driven.
24. Proves unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character with high moral and ethical behavior.
25. Ability to work cross-functionally with clients.
26. Ability to support and learn about multiple disease states.
