Medical Information Support: Medical Information is a critically important customer-facing function supporting the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, and digital therapeutic products by providing timely, scientifically balanced, evidence-based, non-promotional information.
Essential Duties: Supports Global Medical Information team on content development engagements. Writes medical/scientific content (e.g., SRDs, FAQs, slide sets). Drives the client document development process from materials gathering to MLR review meetings.
Technical Skills: Works with document management platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats). Performs scientific data fact-checking. Collaborates with team on strategy, execution, and communication approaches.
Client Focus: Provides direction to medical writers, delivers client projects efficiently. Supports key client meetings. Creates/updates SOPs, checklists, templates, style guides.
Other Responsibilities: Stays updated on industry best practices. Supports leadership team on new technologies/procedures. Works collaboratively with other medical writers and creative teams. Additional duties as assigned.
