Role Description
Mercor is seeking experienced first-line supervisors of office and administrative support workers in healthcare to support an AI lab, advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This role involves diagnosing and solving real issues in office supervision through hands-on scenario creation and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world healthcare office supervision.
- Create realistic situations involving medical office coordination, patient scheduling, billing, insurance processing, and healthcare documentation.
- Develop scenarios for supervising front desk staff, medical records personnel, patient registration, and HIPAA compliance.
- Review and evaluate AI responses to healthcare administrative supervision queries.
- Provide detailed feedback on healthcare office management scenarios to improve AI training.
Qualifications
- 4+ years as a first-line supervisor in healthcare office administration.
- Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
- Proficient with computers and software systems.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Requirements
- Fully remote and asynchronous.
- Expected workload: 20-40 hours per week.
- Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 6 weeks.
Compensation & Contract Terms
- Independent contractor engagement through Mercor.
- Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
