Full-Time Medical Science Manager Poland

Medical Science Manager (MSM) drives the implementation of the Country medical affairs plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform responsibilities according to GxP (GCP, GVP, HCC, SOPs).
• Report to Line Manager.
• KOL Engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders to expand partnerships.
• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs.
• Manage strategic partnerships and scientific exchange.
• Support Investigators in studies.
• Participate in KOL engagement planning and maintain KOL plans.
• Serve as a liaison between healthcare practitioners and Sobi.
• Data Dissemination: Contribute to compliant data dissemination.
• Foster fair and balanced medical communications.
• Present clinical and disease-related information.
• Support data dissemination at congresses/seminars/workshops.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries.
• Conduct therapeutic training for Sales and Medical colleagues.
• Medical leadership and strategic planning: Communicate key medical insights from KOLs/HCPs.
• Provide scientific input and participate in local initiatives.
• Provide field-based medical support.
• Participate in internal project teams.
• Knowledge, expertise and insights management: Maintain awareness of internal and external information sources.
• Develop/increase knowledge of medical literature.
• Maintain knowledge base and scientific expertise.
• Maintain personal expertise in MSM best practices.
• Develop and update knowledge of applicable guidelines and regulations.
• Gain customer insights, opinions and feedback.

Principal Interfaces/Relationships:

• Internal Sobi team, CEERJ and affiliate staff
• External: partner market staff, clinicians, nurses and biomedical scientists; KOLs, decision-makers

Education/Learning Experience:

• University Degree in medical-science background.
• Demonstrated scientific/medical reading, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in pre-launch and launch activities.
• Strong engagement with KOL network.
• Multi-stakeholder project management experience.
• Knowledge of health system and healthcare decision making.
• Knowledge of regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environment
