What Does a Medical Strategist/Writer Do?

Medical Strategists/Writers at Eversana Intouch work as part of a multidisciplinary team creating slide decks, white papers, scientific platforms, infographics, and other materials. They develop content supporting messaging and product positioning for pharmaceutical, biotech & medical device clients. This role involves delivering scientific stories to healthcare professionals, patients, and payers. It is a key role on a rapidly growing team with excellent growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, scientifically accurate, and audience-appropriate written materials meeting client objectives.
• Collaborate with strategic and creative teams to conceptualize ideas for internal work and new business pitches.
• Lead client discussions, providing strategic input.
• Provide onsite support for events (e.g., advisory board meetings, medical congresses).
• Interact with key opinion leaders to solicit input and build relationships.
• Maintain expertise in assigned therapeutic areas, understanding treatment patterns, new data, and competitive landscape.

What Are We Looking For?

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MDA)
• 2-3 years of scientific communication and promotion experience in an ad agency setting
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical standards and regulations
• Experience in neurology, immunology, or dermatology (preferred)
• Strong scientific acumen with a focus on storytelling
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks within deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
