Full-Time Medical Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing administrative support to healthcare professionals in a remote setting.

• Utilize your familiarity with EMR systems to manage patient records efficiently and accurately.
• Update and maintain EMR systems with new patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Explain our services to new patients.
• Assist healthcare professionals in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-up care.
• Collaborate with medical billing teams to ensure accurate coding and billing information.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

• Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in using EMR systems, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with medical billing and coding processes is a plus.
