Full-Time Medical Writer

We are looking for creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic writers to join our team.

The Medical Writing team at M3 (EU) is responsible for producing a wide variety of content for doctors.net.uk, including promotional material, conference highlights, videos, case studies, education modules, and more, for a range of clients spanning the pharmaceutical industry, charities, and the wider healthcare sector.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Writing, editing, proofreading, and quality checking content
• Attending occasional client meetings to plan, scope, and discuss campaigns
• Planning campaigns with the wider team
• Working closely with the Design, Programme Management, and Client Partnership teams
• Potential for travel to attend international and national medical conferences

Ideal Candidate

• A degree, preferably a PhD, in life sciences, or equivalent experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or MedComms industries
• 1-2 years’ experience of commercial and/or digital writing (Med Comms, creative agency, education agency, pharma)
• Ability to write clear and concise, scientifically accurate copy, with excellent attention to detail
• Fast learner; able to understand and interpret new data with ease
• Awareness of the ABPI code of practice
• A keen interest in working in healthcare communications
• Happy to work across a wide range of therapy areas and accounts
• Ability to build strong working relationships
