About the Business / Function: This role is remote in Germany. Candidate must have right to work in Germany. We are recruiting a Project Manager M&E with experience in the MICE industry. Ideal candidates speak Italian, Portuguese/German and English. Previous experience in event agencies or DMCs and a wide range of clients is a must. End-to-end event/project management is key. Candidates manage the full scope, from client requests/briefs to proposals, logistics, supplier management, negotiations, client management, onsite management, budget management and post-event reconciliation. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and deliver large-scale events.
- Proposal creation and pitch (when required).
- Full logistics (accommodation, land arrangements).
- Supplier management.
- Negotiations with third parties.
- Client and account management.
- Onsite event management.
- Budget management and reconciliation.
- Reporting to stakeholders.
To Succeed in the Role:
- At least 5 years of experience in the MICE industry.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and German.
- Deep knowledge of the territory and its MICE services.
