Job Details
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Teams collaboration and voice solutions.
- Assess existing UCC/voice environments and define migration strategies to Teams.
- Configure and manage Teams Phone System, Direct Routing / Operator Connect, and Teams Rooms (MTR).
- Integrate Teams with PSTN providers, SBCs, and on-premises PBXs.
- Configure Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure AD, Conditional Access, SSO, and Directory Synchronization.
- Perform user migrations, number porting, device provisioning, and adoption enablement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to Teams voice, conferencing, federation, and integrations.
- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and Teams best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration/voice technologies.
- 2+ years in Microsoft Teams deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Teams Rooms.
- Familiarity with SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle, Cisco CUBE).
- Understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP, SBC interworking).
- Experience with Azure AD, hybrid Exchange, and security compliance policies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
