Stranger Soccer is seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer to enhance their mobile app and support their web platform.
Role:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the Stranger Soccer mobile app using React Native.
- Manage full app release cycles for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Ensure app performance, usability, and compliance with app store guidelines.
- Implement new features and fix bugs.
- Integrate and manage third-party services.
- Support website maintenance and feature development (Next.js, Tailwind CSS).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing.
- Respond to internal IT inquiries and introduce new systems.
- Maintain documentation and evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, software development, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency with React Native and React.js.
- Familiarity with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Basic knowledge of native Android/iOS development principles.
- Understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design.
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase, Sentry).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
