Full-Time Mobile React Native Staff Engineer

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience.
• Strong experience with Mobile React Native and React JS.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, and jQuery Mobile.
• Experience with mobile development using native or web-to-native tooling and frameworks.
• Proficiency in consuming SOAP and REST APIs, working with JSON.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with template systems like Handlebars and Mustache.
• Working knowledge of SCM with a focus on Git and Git Flow.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks like Enzyme, Jest, Mocha, and mobile-specific tests (e.g., iOS Integration Test, Android Unit Test).
• Awareness of software development best practices and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Writing and reviewing high-quality code.
2. Understanding client business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into technical designs that meet requirements.
3. Mapping decisions with requirements and translating them for developers.
4. Identifying and selecting the best solution that meets client needs.
5. Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFRs) during project implementation.
6. Writing and reviewing design documents explaining application architecture, framework, and high-level design for developers.
7. Reviewing architecture and design regarding extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs, ensuring best practices.
8. Developing and designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
9. Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios to projects.
10. Resolving issues through root cause analysis and justifying decisions.
11. Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure designs and technologies meet requirements.
