Job Details
Ensure the proper functioning of monitoring solutions, including Zabbix, Elasticsearch, Canopsis, and Grafana.
You will be integrated into the Global Tooling teams and will be involved in different projects related to our solutions.
Collaborate daily with contract governance and delivery teams to evolve our standards.
Our objective is to build and ensure the proper functioning of solutions and to guarantee the expected level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Zabbix Server solution and Zabbix proxies, working closely with the Zabbix team leader.
- Support ELK solution, working closely with the team leader.
- Configure and maintain standard dashboards in Kibana and Grafana.
- Assist in automating processes related to monitoring solutions.
- Provide level 3 technical support, by analyzing and solving incidents.
- Participating in pre-production release validations.
- Collaborate in workshops with Zabbix and ELK teams to develop and enhance solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest technological trends in monitoring.
- Work collaboratively with the team to solve problems and improve processes.
- Monitor updates and developments of tools in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
Nice to have/Open to Learn:
- Create or maintain Ansible Playbooks which delivers the service (Automated Service Catalog)
- Implement Zabbix/ELK solutions
- Develop and maintain standard templates for Zabbix and ELK according to business requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Monitoring experience with Zabbix and ELK
- Knowledge of Grafana
- Good experience in middleware solutions or Infrastructure services context
- Experience with Linux, Windows and Kubernetes environment
- Knowledge and ability to write Ansible playbooks would be a real plus
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems
- Team spirit, collaboration and communication
- Curious and motivated to be onboard on new solutions
- Fluent English, spoken and written. French speaking is a plus
- On-call Duty is required
