This position supports the John Hopkins research team, a worldwide rapid deployment team for US Department of State research efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travels internationally within 72 hours of notification.
- Conduct MRI IAW the protocol.
- Observe local MRI tech perform procedure.
- Download images, safeguard, and deliver to client.
- Maintain supplies and equipment during travel.
- Submit travel vouchers within 5 days of return.
- Complete required organizational compliance education.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Graduate of accredited MRI tech program/certificate.
- Certificate from the American Registry of Radiological Technicians.
- BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Experience with GE, Philips Healthcare, Siemens, Toshiba, and Cannon MRI devices.
- MRI w/contrast experience.
- Remote setting experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- PIV placement experience preferred.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
Requirements:
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card.
- Ability to travel within 72 hours internationally.
- Valid passport required.
