Full-Time MxS Project Manager

About the TeamOur Merchant Services team ensures merchant success through seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experiences. As DoorDash scales, our merchant services engine must grow with it. The Premium Onboarding & Resolution Team provides white-glove onboarding and end-to-end problem solving.

About the RoleAs a Project Manager, you will play a multifaceted role combining project management and strategic building/planning. Build foundational structures (team goals, tooling, performance management). Lead complex projects across Merchant Services (Sales, Product, Strategy & Operations). Root cause and recommend solutions for merchant escalations. Report to the Senior Manager or Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority projects for the onboarding team.
• Use data to iterate and improve experiences.
• Define, set, and track team OKRs/KPIs, ensuring alignment with Merchant Services objectives.
• Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Provide mentorship to future project leaders.
• Shape future state operations, influence scale strategies, and drive automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management and leadership experience.
• Experience setting and achieving objectives.
• Proficient in strategic planning, project management, data analytics, and influencing operational improvements.
• Expert with Salesforce and Google Sheets data analytics.
• Ability to drive change management initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $80,000 to $117,600 USD, depending on location and experience. Includes equity grant opportunities. Contact recruiter for details.
