This role is for a National Account Manager with strong High Street Discounter background and/or retail experience, seeking their next opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand customer base within the channel while ensuring profitability.
- Oversee diverse portfolio of brands and products.
- Proficient project management.
- Managing P&L and budgetary responsibilities.
- Enhance distribution and activation of brands (quality and quantity).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, NPD, ROB, Planning & Category) for strategies.
- Drive sustainable growth and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High Street Discounter background and/or retail experience.
- 3+ years experience within Grocery channel, FMCG environment.
- P&L Management
- Negotiation & agreement of terms, incremental activity.
- Excellent forecasting skills.
- UK-wide travel for customer and Head Office meetings.
- Weekly visits to main sites for team meetings.
Experience
- High Street Discounter background and or retail experience.
- 3+ years experience within the Grocery channel.
- Experience working within an FMCG environment
