WHAT YOU'LL DO: Building off your deep industry relationships, maintain a robust list of potential client targets, create and implement focused account plans, and pair with sales operations to leverage sales data when presenting plans and roadmaps to senior Altisource executives. Leverage your deep industry relationships to sell to potential enterprise (top 150) customers across the nation, with a focus on the largest whole loan owners and securitizers, private money lenders, residential real estate investors, and Single-Family Rental (SFR) builders, developers, and property managers. Present and sell Altisource’s auction, renovation, title, valuation, and construction lending risk management services. Work with executives and business unit leaders to discover new ways to leverage the Altisource products and services to build innovative solutions that address unmet client needs. Approach clients with a consultative solutions sales mindset and extensive industry knowledge to both establish client rapport and advise existing and potential clients on industry trends and solutions to stay ahead. Partner with Altisource operations leaders and other sales team members to establish a coordinated client acquisition approach. Attend important industry-related events to establish market recognition and further the prospective client network via speaking engagements and relationship building.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING: Extensive sales experience within the mortgage industry working with top 150 whole loan owners and securitizers, private money lenders, residential real estate investors, and SFR builders, developers, and property managers. Proven history of success in both establishing relationships with top-tier clients, sustaining a sales pipeline at or above designated targets, and landing/expanding significant new client wins. Excellent mortgage industry knowledge. Strong, existing relationships with Wall Street investment firms, private money lenders, and/or the SFR sector. World-class solutions selling skills with a passion for uncovering and meeting unmet client needs. Proven ability to uncover new opportunities and create innovative solutions.
