Full-Time Nearshore Senior Power Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Specialist to join our nearshore Devoteam team in Portugal.

You will work closely with the Devoteam France team on energy, water, nuclear, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with the client on technical and business matters.
• Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into robust Power Platform solutions.
• Develop high-quality applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.
• Prepare architectural documentation (HLD & LLD).
• Constructively challenge requirements and suggest alternative approaches.
• Apply best practices in Power Platform development and architecture.
• Contribute to the growth of our team's technical capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior Power Platform developer or architect.
• Strong skills in solution design, development, and Power Platform architecture.
• Experience creating clear and structured documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with both technical and business profiles.
• Consultative mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and custom connectors.
• Exposure to Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
