Contractor Occupational Therapist - Contractor

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play an active part in your clients' journey, ensuring they achieve outstanding health, wellness, and work outcomes.

Benchmark work exclusively in the CTP and Life insurance industries (no workers' comp), providing our team the opportunity to deliver their discipline-specific knowledge in creative ways, tailoring rehabilitation plans to the individual needs of the client.

Specifically, you will use your clinical knowledge to work with clients from:

• CTP: Assisting clients involved in motor vehicle accidents to regain their quality of life.
• Life insurance: Supporting individuals to overcome physical and mental health challenges and resume their daily activities.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Qualifications & Registration in Occupational Therapy
• Willingness to travel throughout the Adelaide region
• Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation
• Confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders (insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees)
• Inclusive and integrative attitude towards diverse cultural groups
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Current registration with relevant professional body
• Current driver's license and access to own vehicle
• WWCC or Police Clearance
