Full-Time Offering Development Coordinator

Overview: The Offering Development Coordinator is a pivotal role managing and coordinating the successful release of offerings. This role blends product and project management experience to ensure launches align with the Offering Lifecycle Management process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offering Release Management:
   • Lead coordination and release of offerings, aligning with strategic objectives.
   • Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the offering lifecycle.
   • Adopt agile ways of working to promote efficient processes and team collaboration.
   • Ensure quality and timeliness of offering releases, managing stakeholder expectations.
   • Identify and address potential risks, devising mitigation strategies.
   • Produce and disseminate regular progress reports focusing on resource allocation and backlog management.
2. Offering Catalogue Management:
   • Ensure catalogue offerings are accurate and up-to-date.
   • Work with Offering Owners to ensure existing offerings are fully documented.
3. Offering Lifecycle Process Improvement:
   • Continuously enhance offering management processes, emphasizing agile methodologies.
   • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline processes, improving team efficiency.
   • Standardise communication across teams for clarity and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Offering/Product Coordination, Product Ownership, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Strong project management skills, proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Understanding of Managed and Professional Services is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive growth mindset, utilizing internal learning resources for continuous improvement.
