Overview: The Offering Development Coordinator is a key role managing and coordinating successful offering releases. This position combines product and project management expertise, ensuring launches adhere to the Offering Lifecycle Management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering Release Management:
- Lead coordination and release of offerings, aligning with CTO and Head of Offering Management objectives.
- Serve as primary contact for all stakeholders throughout the offering lifecycle.
- Adopt agile ways of working for efficient processes and team collaboration.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of offering releases, managing stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and address potential release risks, developing mitigation strategies.
- Produce and disseminate regular progress reports, focusing on resource allocation and backlog management.
- Offering Catalogue Management:
- Ensure offerings in the catalogue are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with Offering Owners to ensure documented offerings.
- Offering Lifecycle Process Improvement:
- Continuously seek ways to enhance offering management processes, emphasizing agile methodologies.
- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline processes, improving team efficiency.
- Standardize communication across teams for clarity and effectiveness.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Offering/Product Coordination, Product Ownership, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Strong project management skills, proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Understanding of Managed and Professional Services is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with various teams.
