The Role: Manage and monitor multiple customer graph database implementation projects. Orchestrate support resources for successful implementations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout deployments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements, goals, and expectations.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for clients.
- Help customers develop project plans (scope, milestones, deliverables, resources).
- Coordinate and communicate project timelines, progress, and updates.
- Recommend training materials, workshops, and documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
- Conduct regular project status meetings.
- Act as a Level 1 subject matter expert on Neo4j.
- Collaborate with Sales/Renewals and Professional Services teams.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
- Stay current with graph database and Neo4j technology.
- Provide Level 1 recommendations on designing and modeling graph databases.
- Route technical issues to Support and manage technical escalations.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients.
