Full-Time Onboarding Project Coordinator

Join our Fitness and Wellbeing Vertical as an Onboarding Project Coordinator to make a real impact every day.

Reporting into Senior Director, Onboarding and Implementations, you will help streamline and optimize our client onboarding process.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing administrative tasks
• Improving workflow efficiency
• Handling billing setup
• Enhancing the overall client experience
• Addressing client inquiries and proactively following up with unresponsive clients
• Overseeing client form intake, logging data in Salesforce, and tracking client readiness
• Coordinating with accounting to validate Stripe payment setups and ensuring correct billing configurations before client activation
• Ensuring accuracy in billing terms, pricing, and payment schedules before invoicing, identifying discrepancies early
• Creating and sending ad-hoc contract adjustments to clients in onboarding
• Maintaining Salesforce data integrity, ensuring accuracy in work orders, launch dates, and missing details
• Regularly updating and cleaning internal project management tools such as Asana
• Project managing ad-hoc initiatives to support team objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and project management tools such as Asana
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Location: Fully remote in the United States
