Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaker
- Bachelor's degree in any field or Higher
- At least 1 year of Teaching experience
- Teacher Certification (120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc)
- Desktop or laptop with a webcam, Intel i5 (10th gen) or higher, 8GB RAM or higher, Windows 10 or higher
- Stable wired internet connection and a back up
- Essential peripherals: 1080P webcam, noise-canceling headphones, quiet environment

Teaching Schedule & Compensation
⏰ Peak Hours (Beijing Time, GMT+8): Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Weekends: Flexible availability all day is highly encouraged
⌛ Minimum Commitment: 10 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on your availability Ideal for teachers looking to build a consistent schedule or gradually increase hours
Compensation: Competitive starting hourly rate: $14–$20 USD/hour Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and student volume
