Full-Time OPC Pilot

Job Description:

The OPC pilot is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the HUB project to ensure its completion within the allocated time and budget.

• Planning: Creation of detailed and realistic plans, with a breakdown of the project into elementary tasks and identification of constraints between them.
• Monitoring and Adjustment: Monitoring deadlines, analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective solutions to avoid delays (e.g., reorganizing phases, reallocating resources).
• Coordination of stakeholders: Facilitation of coordination meetings and communication with stakeholders (client, subcontractors, technical teams).
• Risk management: Anticipation of risks (delays, resource conflicts) and implementation of preventive measures.
• Reporting: Drafting progress reports and regularly transmitting information to decision-makers.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in civil engineering, engineering, or project management with a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project management.
• Skills: Proficiency in planning software (MS Project, Primavera, Gantt) and associated methodologies (PERT, critical path).
• Knowledge of industrial projects and regulatory issues (e.g., safety, HQE).
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve conflicts.
• Communication skills to bring stakeholders together around common objectives.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and stress resistance.
• Adaptability to unforeseen circumstances and changes in priorities.
