What We’re Looking For
- Person with:
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (B2 or higher) is required; English (B2 or higher) proficiency is essential.
- Eligibility to Work in Bulgaria: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country.
- Experience: Prior experience in outsourcing support is a plus, but not mandatory—we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are necessary to navigate systems efficiently.
- Privacy Adherence: Ability to manage confidential data with strict adherence to privacy standards.
- Adaptability: Adjust to evolving tasks, ensuring successful adaptation to dynamic environment.
