Full-Time Operation Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with affiliate team managers by organizing specific processes, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports.
• Process financial requests in 1C with high accuracy and within deadlines.
• Maintain records of related accounts, verify invoices, and monitor payments.
• Control, reconcile, and analyze affiliate partner commissions.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and perform basic data analysis.
• Carry out tasks related to internal procedures and financial compliance requirements.
• Search for and gather information needed to support the affiliate team’s operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience or internship in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in financial software (1C knowledge is a strong advantage).
• Experience working with Excel and preparing reports.
• Openness to frequent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ukrainian speaker.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
