Full-Time Operational Excellence Coach

The OpEx Coach leads Lean transformations for customers in Food & Beverage, CPG, and General Manufacturing industries, implementing QAD Redzone software.

Responsibilities:

• Coaches 5-7 customers simultaneously.
• Trains customers on Redzone workflows.
• Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and leadership meetings.
• Tracks performance data and customer uplifts.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities.
• Provides feedback to drive positive behavior change.
• Facilitates remote weekly progress meetings.
• Identifies successes and celebrates wins.
• Manages project schedules.
• Conducts Success Assessments.
• Delivers executive overviews and information on Redzone programs.
• Troubleshoots technical issues.
• Supports customer identification of next steps.

Required Skills:

• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in hands-on manufacturing roles (Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, CI Manager).
• Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong judgment and assessment skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Technical proficiency with software and networking.
• PLC experience (desired, not required).

Education/Experience:

• BA/BS in relevant fields (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.)
• 2+ years of direct coaching experience (desired)

Compensation:

• Base pay: $115,000-$130,000 annually.
