Full-Time Operational Readiness Lead

• Operational Readiness planning and execution
• Operational Readiness Testing

You will work with IT and Business Operations teams, reporting to the Sr. Manager Platform Innovation-Service Delivery and Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop E2E transformation workflow management process for Mass Markets (MM) and Enterprise & Wholesale (E&W)
• Support program operational deployment activities
• Lead the development of testing strategies and requirements
• Direct business-specific test cycles and cases
• Define operational business readiness stage gate criteria
• Direct comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) testing
• Chair daily UAT and ORT testing sessions
• Craft daily testing readouts and executive summaries
• Define and communicate risks and dependencies
• Support application UAT, BVT, ORT release scheduling
• Support program deployment activities
• Support testing in existing, cloned and new platforms
• Create and track test plans; escalate and track defects; document progress and prepare status reports
• Assist in ensuring testing quality and user acceptance
• Assist in domain JIRA management
• Define and develop a comprehensive reporting strategy for JIRA
• Collaborate with business leads and program managers
• Support design and development of custom reports and dashboards
• Analyze program data to identify patterns and trends
• Demonstrate presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

What It Takes To Catch Our Eye:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Telecommunication Network experience
• Strong Project Management skills
• Experience in Telecommunications network(s)
• Experience with lab and test plan execution
• Innovative, strategic thinker

• Experience in the existing Brightspeed Network
• Project Management or Agile Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
