Full-Time Operations Consultant

JOB OVERVIEW: Project management for new locations, manage opening processes, provide on-site supervision and post-opening consulting. Advise franchisee owners/operators to improve sales, profits, and operating standards, exceeding customer expectations. Protect Dairy Queen® brand and trademarks.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Project manager for new locations.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control activities for new restaurants.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, service quality, employee morale, productivity, and profitability.
• Provide business consulting services to recently opened locations.
• Train and implement PRIDE operating systems.
• Evaluate restaurant facilities and operations.
• Monitor franchisee training and brand integrity.
• Expert in restaurant equipment training and troubleshooting.
• Maintain communication with field and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in training Operation Consultants and other team members.
• Manage operating budget.
• Complete administrative duties.

The US national base salary range for this position is $95,120 - $116,522. This position is also eligible for a bonus. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, work location and relevant education or experience.

Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. Degree in business, education, marketing, or hotel/restaurant management.
• 4+ years restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of the Restaurant Industry (QSR preferred).
• Proficient in marketing, finance, training, and HR.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• ServSafe certification.
• Frequent communication via telephone and email.
• Overnight travel average of two weeks per month.
