Full-Time Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to ensure their Web Division operates efficiently. You will be responsible for implementing operating models, performance frameworks, and compliance standards. This role is crucial in enabling sustainable growth across all functions.

• Operational Strategy & Efficiency: Implement and improve operational standards and SOPs. Ensure consistency of sprint planning processes. Facilitate sprint alignment meetings. Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Performance Management: Support the performance review framework. Monitor KPIs (velocity, SLA adherence, delivery predictability). Provide operational insights and reports.
• Talent & Organizational Development: Partner with HR on talent acquisition. Help define career paths, role expectations, and onboarding processes. Support professional growth.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to quality, security, and documentation standards. Assist with audits, postmortems, and risk assessments. Support business continuity.
• Cross-Team Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Product Design. Ensure teams work within a consistent framework.

• 5-8 years of experience in operations within tech/SaaS environments
• Experience implementing and scaling processes and performance frameworks
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally
• Analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in SaaS company operations is required
