Job Details
Responsible for overseeing projects directly impacting Pharma NAM daily operations. Ensures timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.
Includes planning, organizing staff and stakeholders, project control, and implementation.
Leads projects as needed for all Pharma NAM sites involving internal processes, systems, and improvements.
Collaborates with site GMs, operational teams, IT, and other SGS partner functions.
Identifies best-in-class solutions for business enhancement and develops/executes medium-to-high complexity projects.
Understands impact of requirements on business processes and technical landscape.
Performs risk assessments and determines mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Creates requirements models/process diagrams for visualization of current/future states.
Acts as a liaison between business and technical teams to implement solutions improving business efficiencies.
Facilitates workshop sessions with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and requirements, consulting with technical/Strategic Transformation teams for solutions.
Effectively monitors and controls project progress, mitigating project risks.
Works with leaders across departments to ensure goals are met and projects are completed on time.
Effectively uses metrics to track progress, identify issues, make decisions, and implement improvements.
Documents business requirements, business rule definitions, and process mappings with technical/non-technical team members.
Interacts with all levels of management, suppliers, and end-users.
Requires senior management buy-in on programs/initiatives.
Works with business stakeholders to manage User Acceptance Testing.
Collaborates with IT teams to write/maintain user documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Science, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology).
- 5+ years experience in managing business process projects, including medium-to-high complexity IT projects.
- Minimum 2 years experience with continuous improvement toolsets (LEAN, 5S, Kaizen).
- Experience with project management.
- Strong IT knowledge/background.
