Operations Support - This is a contract opportunity. This is a Hybrid opportunity with 3 days per week in-office.
We are seeking a Fixed Income Cash Client Service Group (CSG) Representative to join our team.
In this client-facing role, you will support the cash Fixed Income business for institutional clients.
As part of the wider Global Securities Operations department, this position involves high levels of client interaction and requires strong problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth post-execution trade processes and settlement.
You will be working in a fast-paced, high-risk environment that demands excellent service and responsiveness.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete daily processing tasks related to client onboarding, account opening, trade allocation, confirmation processing, and settlement, ensuring client service level agreements are met and risks are minimized.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships at the operational level, demonstrating excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Become a subject matter expert on Fixed Income cash products and operational processes.
- Contribute to projects and process improvements, working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Trading, Trade Support, and Settlements.
- Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring timely execution of tasks in a high-paced environment.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex situations and resolve them efficiently.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at the operational middle/back office level.
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of trade processes and a focus on minimizing risk to clients and the firm.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-risk environment and contribute to a culture of high performance.
