Job Details
Order Processing position responsible for timely and accurate order entry.
Representative Activities:
- Ensure timely and accurate order entries.
- Occasional customer contact for order instructions.
- Basic clerical, auditing, reporting, filing, and assisting Customer Service staff.
- Maintain safe work practices and general housekeeping.
- Fluent English skills required.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a related field.
- Education: High School Diploma or BA/BS degree.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal skills, and the ability to convey information effectively.
- Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, Lotus Notes, and other software.
