Full-Time Order Entry Specialist

• Review and process incoming customer orders.
• Consult with Sales on deal structures and pricing.
• Audit customer contracts and ensure accurate billing.
• Resolve order issues with management.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoices.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM systems.

• Conduct credit evaluations.
• Set up and manage customer accounts in billing and CRM systems.
• Implement improvements to operational workflows.
• Support internal audits and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations or administrative role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Adaptive preferred.
• Comfortable with SaaS billing, CRM, and data reporting tools.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues.
• Analytical thinking and experience creating reports.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and achieve goals.
