Full-Time Organizational Change Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for an S/4 HANA transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the global OCM strategy tailored for the S/4HANA project, aligned with client executives.
• Ensure OCM activities are aligned with deployment timeline and parallel projects.
• Plan and execute Change Management, Training, Communication, and End User adoption activities.
• Address and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
• Analyze and manage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to global and local project members on change management principles and practices.
• Establish frameworks for monitoring and reporting on Change Management activities, including readiness assessments.
• Work closely with cluster team and affiliates to ensure that change management efforts are integrated into all aspects of the project.
• Conduct risk assessments related to change initiatives, identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in leading and mentoring project teams.
• Solid understanding of project management, including tools, risk management, and project lifecycle phases.
• Extensive experience in large-scale SAP/ERP (or equivalent) implementations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple international time zones.
• Experience in a life sciences environment is preferred.
