Job Details
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant for transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- OCM Strategy: Apply global OCM strategy, aligned with client executives.
- Change Management & Communication: Execute activities according to plan.
- Change Impact Assessment: Assess and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
- Stakeholder Management: Analyze and engage stakeholders based on their needs and project timeline.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report activities, including readiness assessments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Change Management, ideally IT projects.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English & German.
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office; video editing skills a plus.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 1-2 times/month for 3-4 days).
