Full-Time Organizational Change Manager

We are seeking an Experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to support multiple teams within an Agile Release Train.

As part of a UX & OCM enabler team, you will be working with a cross-functional global agile team, supporting the organizational change and implementation of new, or enhanced, digital products.

1. Engage with super users, ensuring efficient feedback loops and supporting co-creation of new solutions with development teams and business stakeholders.
2. Develop and execute training programs and create training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and user representatives.
3. Update guidance documents, standard operating procedures, and other relevant documentation to support product development and implementation.
4. Design and execute OCM and communication strategies, creating the necessary artifacts to support change initiatives.
5. Collaborate with leadership and teams to ensure a smooth adoption of digital products.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in communication tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Familiarity with OCM tools and methodologies.
• Experience working in globally distributed teams with diverse nationalities.
• Prior experience with OCM in the pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of programming and/or biostatistics (beneficial but not required).
• Experience with agile methodologies and working within Agile Release Trains.
• Background in digital product implementation within regulated industries.
