We are seeking an Experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to support multiple teams within an Agile Release Train.
As part of a UX & OCM enabler team, you will be working with a cross-functional global agile team, supporting the organizational change and implementation of new, or enhanced, digital products.
- Engage with super users, ensuring efficient feedback loops and supporting co-creation of new solutions with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop and execute training programs and create training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and user representatives.
- Update guidance documents, standard operating procedures, and other relevant documentation to support product development and implementation.
- Design and execute OCM and communication strategies, creating the necessary artifacts to support change initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to ensure a smooth adoption of digital products.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in communication tools.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Familiarity with OCM tools and methodologies.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams with diverse nationalities.
- Prior experience with OCM in the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of programming and/or biostatistics (beneficial but not required).
- Experience with agile methodologies and working within Agile Release Trains.
- Background in digital product implementation within regulated industries.
