Customer Care Representative
AudioNova, part of Sonova, helps people enjoy hearing.
Salary: $18/hr + bonuses. Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
Requires 130-150 daily outbound calls and CRM software use.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling on leads
- Scheduling appointments using a call script
- Maintaining consumer information in CRM
- Answering inbound calls
- Meeting appointment quotas
- Learning industry knowledge
- Collaborating with clinical staff
Skills:
- 6+ months call center experience
- Comfortable with fast-paced calls
- Quiet work from home environment
- Target-driven and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
