Job Details

The Outreach Specialist is responsible for inbound and outbound patient engagement via phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Service & Engagement: Participate in outbound patient outreach and inbound patient calls.
  • Identify patient needs, address concerns, and guide them to appropriate resources.
  • Manage complaint resolution and patient retention.
  • Patient Experience Support: Coordinate orders and conduct proactive outreach based on CSAT and NPS feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between internal clinical and operational teams, external pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
  • Patient Success: Welcome new patients and keep them on track with reminders and appointment scheduling.
  • Monitor patient orders and resolve delays.
  • Share guidance on platform usage and escalate medical questions to clinicians.
  • Check in with patients after key moments and spot potential issues early.
  • Improve patient retention and overall experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with high volume customer queries and resolutions.
  • Client service focus with a warm telephone manner and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Success in managing customer relationships.
  • Organisational skills and high-level IT skills.
  • Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
