About the Role
We’re actively hiring for two key roles:
- Sales RepresentativeYou’ll meet virtually with pre-qualified clients who’ve requested information, identify their needs, and offer custom supplemental life insurance solutions — all from the comfort of your home.
- Sales LeaderYou’ll earn leadership bonuses based on your team’s performance and help develop future leaders.
What You’ll Need
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to obtain a state life insurance license. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
- Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and ready to work hard for big results
- Sales or leadership experience is a plus — but not required
- A desire to mentor and grow within a leadership role
Top performers work 5 days/week, meeting with ~4 clients per day.
