Full-Time Partner Business Success Program Manager

We seek a highly motivated program manager to support our Global Partnerships & Channels Partner Success Team, accelerating and scaling partner business success.

Primary Focus:

• Evaluate and interpret key customer and partner success metrics.
• Conduct analysis to produce data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Drive data consolidation, cross-functional alignment, and prioritization of target accounts for program adoption.
• Structure problems, drive solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations via a data-driven process.
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver presentations for senior executives.
• Measure and report on project/program performance using appropriate systems and techniques.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for flawless project execution, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.

To be successful:

• 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, operations, or program management is required.
• Highly analytical, fact-driven, and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to analyze complex data, translate results, and create actionable messages for executives.
• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills, with experience working with senior executives across geographies and functions.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing improvements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is essential.
