Full-Time Partner Business Success Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated program manager to support our growing Global Partnerships & Channels Partner Success Team. This role is crucial in accelerating partner success.

Primary Focus:

• Evaluate and interpret key customer and partner success metrics.
• Conduct thorough analysis to produce data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Drive data consolidation, cross-functional alignment, and prioritization of target accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to structure problems, drive solutions, and achieve actionable results.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and involve stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives.
• Measure and report on project/program performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for project execution ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.

To be successful:

• 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, operations, or program management is required. Experience in leveraging AI in work processes is desired.
• Highly analytical, fact-driven, and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate results for executive audiences.
• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building, collaboration, and influencing skills. Experience working with senior executives across geographies is a plus.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing improvements.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities to drive results.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is required.
