Payer/Provider Enrollment Specialist (PT, Temp)

Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for Enrollment Department for Privia independent providers.
• Manage all aspects of payer enrollment process.
• Enroll new groups and providers with contracted payers (primarily Florida market, including commercial and federal payers).
• Manage payer data in CredentialStream for groups and individual providers.
• Investigate claims/enrollment issues and questions with care centers.
• Resolve inbound claims related inquiries within athenaNet EMR.
• Partner with internal/external partners (National Credentialing Team, Implementation Team, Operations Consultants) during onboarding process.
• Resolve Salesforce cases and manage team resolution.
• Act as liaison between Enrollment Department and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in payer enrollment.
• Preferred: Verity CredentialStream or other credentialing experience.
• Required: Medicare/Medicaid payer experience, Athena EMR experience, CredentialStream experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analysis, and resolution skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to function independently and manage multiple projects.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Hourly Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (exclusive of bonuses/benefits). Base pay depends on experience, education, and location.
