The Payroll Accounting Manager will join our team at a critical point in the continued evolution of our business. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded Payroll professional with significant experience in all aspects of payroll processing including payroll taxes, time & attendance reporting systems, and auditing payroll files for thoroughness and accuracy. This position is responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing for a growing, multi-state organization including, but not limited to, new hires, terminations, bonuses, leaves of absence (LOA), direct deposits, wage garnishments, vacation accruals, tax changes, healthcare premium deductions, 401(k) deductions, and stock options. The Payroll Accounting Manager will develop and implement standard Payroll procedures and will serve as the subject matter expert.
