Are you an experienced P&C Systems Analyst expert, looking for a short-term role with huge flexibility? This is a 6-month fixed term contract and can be based anywhere in New Zealand. We have offices in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch but are open to remote working and flexible day time hours.
We are seeking a dedicated P&C Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our TechnologyOne HRIS and payroll system.
This role is crucial in supporting our P&C team by ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and compliance with legal and organisational standards.
We are looking for someone to advise us on best practise to make our systems hum.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of all P&C systems, including HRIS, recruitment, performance management, learning management, payroll, and more.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
- Lead system upgrades, configurations, and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for P&C system issues.
- Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal teams for system maintenance and integration.
Skills & Experience
- Proven substantial technical experience administering HR systems, with some prior knowledge of TechnologyOne
- Proficiency in report generation and data analytics using system reporting tools, ETL’s, HTML, JavaScript and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of system integration, data management, and data privacy regulations
- An understanding of the holiday act and HR legislation
