Intern People Engagement Intern

We’re offering an internship opportunity in our Global People Experience team. You will gain experience across diverse assignments in ESG (Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Recognition, Wellbeing, and Environmental Sustainability). Your work will directly impact the experiences of all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to environmental initiatives and support Environmental Action ERG.
• Support employee experience improvements for inclusivity.
• Collaborate with ERGs (Women at Unit4, Pride at Unit4, Mental Health and Access at Unit4, People of Color at Unit4).
• Support employee recognition and Act4Good volunteering program.
• Coordinate events (workshops, training, webinars).
• Design and maintain internal platforms (content creation and design).
• Support use of internal communication channels (Microsoft Yammer and Teams).
• Assist with best practice research and development.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Enjoy a stimulating environment and are results-oriented.
• Passion for sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
• Entry-level understanding (or strong desire to learn) of social and environmental tech challenges.
