Scope/Description of Services:
- The Worker(s) will provide the following services:
- TWC currently uses PeopleSoft FSCM v9.2 as its Financial system. TWC uses the following modules: Asset Management, Billing, Contracts, ePro, GL, Inventory, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, Strategic Sourcing, and Commitment Control. TWC uses an Oracle database and AIX servers.
- TWC is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support IT projects. Work involves updating and migrating a 20-year-old legacy system from a mainframe environment to a more robust PeopleSoft-based solution. Assists in the design and development of PeopleSoft application based on business requirements. Experience with developing bolt-on solutions for PeopleSoft needed. Responsible for understanding requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing new and custom modules. Requires a thorough understanding and hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Finance version 9.2 and People Tools. Worker(s) will augment TWC s PeopleSoft technical and functional team.
- Performs other duties as assigned to maintain IT operations.
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements:

4-7 | Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems
5 | Technical support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft Finance version 9.2 and People Tools version 8.57 or above, including Application, Data Mover Scripts Engine, Component Interface, Unix, BI Publisher, Events and Notifications, and SQR
5 | Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities
5 | Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels
2 | Strong technical writing skills
4 | Implementing/upgrading or maintaining a State of Texas PeopleSoft Finance system: Workforce Reporting, Accounting, and Procurement System (WRAPS) at the Texas Workforce Commission, or Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) at the Comptroller of Public Accounts
2 | Experience collecting technical requirements and designing appropriate software solutions
